METAIRIE, La. – Fall classes are being organized by the Jefferson Parish Recreation Department for the FitLot Outdoor Fitness Park at the Bonnabel Boat Launch location.
The no-cost community classes will be conducted Wednesdays and Fridays from 7-8 a.m., beginning September 6 and running through October 13. Following a two-week hiatus, the program will resume October 25 on the same twice-per-week schedule and continue until December 8. The classes will be instructed by Metairie-based physical therapist Nicolas Lewis.

Instructor-led classes at the Hog Alley and Clearview Shores locations for Spring 2024 will be announced at a later date.
